Microsoft System Center Valuable Features

GM
Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Analyst at Daiichi Sankyo Brasil Ltda

The most important aspects of the solution includes:

  • Effective antivirus administration, weekly reports, and Windows Defender update monitoring;
  • Generate KPIs and management reports with monthly presentations on activities and updating the environment (success and failure);
  • Review of all configurations and implementation of best practices;
  • Integration configuration with Microsoft Intune;
  • App store setup in Microsoft Intune;
  • Daily check of patches generated by Microsoft;
  • Release of patches after alignment with DSBR;
  • Windows Defender updates, with immediate release;

When the patch is not installed automatically, SCCM needs to identify that the patch has not been updated and automatically opens calls to the local field.
