I've used two products previously. The provider of the first solution started going to customers directly, advertising as a direct supplier, which I wasn't quite happy with. For me, if you want to service the industry market, then don't try to steal the industry customers. That was a matter of principle for me. That's the reason why I stopped using them. The second one required a contract on a yearly basis or on volumes. If your customer count goes down or up, it became difficult on cost, recovery, and flexibility.

I was using some types of replication tools for copying the data and also 365's tool for storage of my data. However, I changed it due to the fact that I needed another place so that that all the data was really backed up in another separate location.

I previously used CrashPlan, but dropped it due to Code42 discontinuing support of peer-to-peer backup and changing their offerings.

We previously used NetWorker. But that was a feed backup, not a user backup or a cloud backup. We were searching for a cloud-based solution.
