It is a very good solution to monitoring infrastructure of IT services.

We use Nagios XI to monitor all of our network assets.

Nagios XI is a simple monitoring tool with performance management and everything a standard monitoring tool provides.

In total, our company has 900 employees and I work on a four-member administrative security team. All of our company's infrastructure is covered by Nagios XI, including our server, databases, switches, router, and data center. We use a hybrid setup that combines a virtual and physical local server with a cloud server. We implemented Nagios XI in our data center because it's installed in a VM, or virtual machine, and works easily with this data server.

We are using Nagios XI for our infrastructure monitoring, and application optimum monitoring, such as certificate monitoring on the waste and database parameters.

The company used to use ManageEngine, however, it was not delivering what we were really trying to produce. The benefit of Nagios is, as we are an MVNO company, an MVME company actually, we actually had to deliver monitoring based on in-house solutions. We needed to write code over our own monitoring solution. Nagios has provided us a little bit of that help as, in our proof of concept, it proved to be useful due to the fact that it's easier also for the network operations center to understand the type of monitors that are being raised. I recall we had a number of POCs at the time, and Nagios seemed to be the perfect candidate and therefore we kept using it.

We have installed  Nagios Core and Nagios XI on many customers in Latam successfully. A good use case was one customer with many servers (upper 1000) and many routers and switches (upper 2000), they wanted to monitoring operating systems and switches ports, Nagios worked like to swiss watch.

The main use case is the monitoring of infrastructure environments.

We use the solution in order to collect large amounts of data to monitor our network, switches, and firewall.

We use this solution for monitoring the status of our hard drives, as well as bandwidth utilization. Essentially, we monitor all of the necessary statuses for our servers.

We are using Nagios XI for system-level monitoring. For example, hardware and memory storage monitoring. Additionally, we use the solution for built-in operating systems and database services, such as Postgres and MySQL, and some custom services that we use a custom script to fetch the data and feed the Nagios XI for alerts and notifications.

I mainly use Nagios XI for critical UN, for example, if the CPU usage is very high.

We are planning to use this solution for network server monitoring. We have had training for deployment on our end, but it is not yet in production use.

For monitoring HFC network from the headend to end-of-line, mainly power supplies (transponders).

I use Nagios to monitor LTE modems. We have more than 24,000 modems on a single instance of Nagios.

We also use this software to monitor several KPIs regarding to CPE devices, and items in our IT department infrastructure when we started eight years ago.

This solution is being used to monitor hundreds of servers at startup. It checks disk usage, services, memory usage, and more.  

Nagios is our cloud-based monitoring system. We need to deploy it and integrate with our CRM, customer portal and the ticketing system as an end to end customer support platform. We use it for monitoring and gathering data from our customer service equipment.

Nagios XI is used to monitor servers, services, and applications, as well as the network.

Nagios may be used to monitor anything having an IP address. Also, we can customize it to the requirements of the customer.

We use Nagios XI for server monitoring.

We use Nagios XI for monitoring and seeing where we're having problems with the network. 

We use this solution for the monitoring of network devices in multiple areas. I use this solution on a daily basis, and the first thing that I do when I go into the workplace each morning is to check on all of the equipment.

We primarily use this solution to monitor servers and services.

Nagios XI is used for monitoring the resources in the infrastructure.
