I use NetIQ Access Manager to protect one single application with Multi-Factor Authentication.

The solution is deployed on both cloud and on-prem.

Initially, it started off with single sign-on and promoted single sign-on within multiple single sign-ons. 

Over time, it morphed into also implementing what we call authorization policies. That includes limiting when people can access an application in terms of the time of day, or limiting which user populations can use a particular application.

It's mainly an access management tool.

Over the last four years or so, we've leveraged the integration between Access Manager and the advanced integration framework so that we can now also implement multi-factor authentication.

As a NetIQ Partner we are offering NetIQ Access Manager as a primary choice for controlling application access. The product is mainly designed for Web Application which make this product a good choice for the cloud applications. But it is also a good choice for in-house applications.

We work with farmer federations. We primarily use the solution for authentication and single sign-on capabilities.

Our primary use cases include creating the security patch, control over access, simplifying the control of the organization's access to infrastructureת and obligation services. We provide account security access to profile users with different obligations for information and services to the company.
