Preventive maintenance of end user devices.  Number of service incidents dropped by more than 20%.

What is most valuable?

Repository of events. Although limited to 100,000,000 events per engine, it is suffice to do investigations for more than 30 days.

What needs improvement?

Go into IoT (mostly Linux based).  At this moment, it is only Windows and mobile (Android and iOS). It lacks support for IoT and most network equipment.

Less than one year.
