Nintex Process Platform Pricing
Nintex is around INR 200 per license in India, which is much cheaper. Smaller organizations are always looking for cost-effective solutions, and Nintex provides local solutions with very low pricing. This is one of the main reasons why people are more interested in Nintex.
So, the pricing is affordable compared to BizFlow. BizFlow has a high licensing price, but Nintex is exact opposite and has a low price.
I would rate the pricing an eight out of ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive.

View full review »Prices for licenses of K2 are high. We bought a distributed license for 35k USD. Also, we pay an annual subscription of around 20k. Sometimes we try to lift K2 to higher prices. I need a license for SMBs and distributors, for which I pay around 50k USD. Also, I need a distributed license for our project.

I cannot speak to the exact pricing. I have no access to what we are actually paying for the licenses. I'm not sure if there was a discount or not.
We are revisiting pricing as we look into the upgraded product. Our major concern is migration and how easy it will be if we move to a new K2 system.
View full review »This solution is affordable and is cheaper than most alternatives on the market. We have a standard cloud license that costs about 20k per year.
The solution doesn’t have an extra fee. We are compatible with the package.

The initial investment in K2 is heavy. Currently, the expenditure is $28,000 for a year. After we go to the cloud, it is going to be per seat and probably cheaper. Currently, there are unlimited users.

Nintex Workflow is more expensive than Microsoft's native products, but it is still considered moderately priced when compared to higher-end products such as K2.

The price is too high currently for the license structure. There are two types of licenses standard and enterprise.

K2 is reasonably priced and you pay for licenses. It costs less than half a million, and you own your licenses yearly. Additionally, you pay 400,000 for support and maintenance, but similar tools charge per user. So you are paying roughly $80 per month for one user, which can be quite costly if you have a large organization.

The solution used to be server-based. Now that it is on the cloud, the licensing is user-based.
In terms of the market, K2 is not overly expensive. It's mid-range.

The cost of the solution is quite high. If they could work to reduce it for their customer, that would be ideal for us.
We pay on a yearly basis. It's my understanding that we pay approximately $11,000/year.
View full review »Nintex products are expensive, but valuable. Licensing in on-premise was historically based on a perpetual model, where you’d license per Web front-end. However, they are switching exclusively to a consumption (subscription) model, where you purchase the number of workflows you think you’ll use in your environment, and can scale up from there.
I suggest talking to a Nintex partner for licensing advice and guidance for your specific needs.
View full review »For the initial hundred users, the cost is $21,000 per year, which I find too high. There are soft thresholds for this initial license, like the number of forms and environments.

The price of this solution is affordable but the problem in Algeria is our community is a bit slower. The new clients might feel the solution is a bit expensive.

I am unsure of the exact pricing. Nintex acquired K2 in 2020 and there may be a shift in the cost structure. I can't speak directly to that, however.

The licensing is quite extensive. I cannot speak to whether it is cheaper or more expensive, however, the licensing model needs to be reimagined and revised. Overall, I've found that they've become more expensive over time.
