We have not had any issues with stability. We've not had any downtime.

NCM is a very stable solution.

The stability and resiliency of NCM are among the main factors that have kept us using it.

The operational method and process have remained the same since the beginning.

We have continued to use NCM due to its consistent operation method and process, as well as its unchanged UI look and feel over time.

NCM is generally stable, aside from a few minor problems with the web interface. Our production workloads aren't going down daily, weekly, or monthly because of hard crashes or anything like that. We haven't had any outages at all. It is reliable from a performance standpoint. If we could work on some of those things related to the UI, that would be great. 

Even if you forget about Nutanix for five days, Nutanix will take care of itself. This takes the strain off the business since you don't constantly need to worry about Nutanix this or Nutanix that when monitoring an environment. You get an email or a report at the end of the day, saying, "Something is not working," or, "Some system services stopped here," or, "Storage is running low here," or, "Memory is not being utilized properly."

The stability is very good. In the past three years, it has not shut down. Maintenance is not really required, as long as you do your LCM updates every two to three months. 

Its stability is very good. In three years, we have had one actual outage, and maybe two or three data outages from something we need to do ourselves. We haven't had many problems on that end at all. They've been doing some interesting things with the user database backend, which threw us off for a little bit one time. It was to get some features done that I wanted, so I don't care.

Nutanix Cloud Manager is stable. We have not had any stability issues.

I am satisfied with the stability of the system. Our engineers have had no issues accessing it and I have not received any reports of bugs or accessibility problems.

Cloud Manager is a highly stable product, and clients can request custom enhancements based on their specific needs. You can ask Nutanix's engineering team to build a custom solution for a customer.

Calm has no issues with stability. But Calm is heavily worked on by Nutanix, so any issues there might be are fast resolved and updates often help to mitigate problems. Given Nutanix unique 1-click-updates nature, updates are just as easy and reliable. It is advisable to wait for 2 - 3 weeks before upgrading to the latest and greatest so can look if any x.y.z.1 hotfix updates are published to avoid .0 glitches. But they are rare with Nutanix in general and Nutanix support is very helpful if you run into any of them. If you're in doubt simply ask support for help to see for yourself and be ready for your chin to hit the floor ;_) . Reading release notes before doing updates helps a lot to figure out what to expect. Another source for guidance is the compatibility matrix to look for any cross-requirements with Prism Central or AOS version of your target cluster (the cluster you deploy the Calm VMs on).

We have not had any problems with NCM.

The solution is stable.

We had some hiccups with Nutanix Cloud Manager, our on-prem networking solutions, and all that, but as we went on, we overcame all those issues. There has been no showstopper whatsoever. All the issues that we came across were just small things that we had to work through. Nutanix's support has been very helpful. They worked with us all the way to help us overcome all these issues, and so far, it has been great.

So far, we've been very impressed with the stability. In the Nutanix ecosystem, everything is clustered, highly available, and fails over. It takes care of itself.

The stability is incredible. We are on Lenovo OEM and the only issues we've experienced since I've been on board for three years, have been related to some Lenovo firmware issues in our environment that would have caused a host outage. We've had other issues with the Nutanix solution, however, those have not impacted production or impacted the host.

Nutanix Cloud Manager is a stable solution.

The solution has been very stable so far. We have had no issues.

The product is really stable compared to everything else in my environment. I had one major problem over a five-year period.

I have been very impressed with the stability.

There have been no issues related to its stability. We haven't faced any challenges in our deployed solution. On a periodic basis, we receive notifications from Nutanix about any vulnerabilities. Whenever a vulnerability is identified, we immediately get a notification to apply a patch and fix it. The system is up to date, and there are no vulnerabilities. It is stable, and we haven't faced any challenges in accessing applications. The overall performance related to the CPU memory, IO processes, and storage is at an optimal level, and we don't have any challenges. We are good.

We haven't had any issues with Calm. Nutanix is really embracing that reference architecture within other aspects of its core applications. Calm is a containerized application that Nutanix deploys within their platform.

It is a stable solution.

It's highly stable. I haven't had any issues. It's very easy to run, and it keeps running. I don't have to do much with it. That's the beauty of it.

The stability is excellent. We don't have any issues with the software. I'd rate the stability ten out of ten. The only issue we ever had was with an HP adaptor, not with this solution. It was a simple hardware problem. 

I would rate NCM's stability at five out of 10. We started having problems with our nodes about two or three months after we started using Nutanix. We were getting errors. The IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface) stopped functioning. After a long period of troubleshooting, we ended up having to send one of the nodes back for a deep root analysis. They had to send a replacement and try to figure out what the problem was.

I'm sure that kind of scenario isn't very prevalent among their other customers, but that has been our experience with it. We manage 10 nodes with the solution, and something like seven of them have had this problem.

It has great stability. We haven't experienced issues with stability with the product.

It is a stable solution. Although, one of its nodes might break if you don't follow the proper upgrading and patching steps.

It has a rock-solid foundation. The only issue that I've ever seen is the software code not being fully vetted before it was deployed.

Nutanix Cloud Manager is a completely stable solution, and I haven't had any issues. We always read the release notes before running upgrades.

It's a highly stable product, but it's yet to be proven for very big customers.

It's really stable. In two years, I never have had a problem with Prism Pro.

I do the maintenance.

NCM is super stable. We're very happy because that translates into our uptime which is pretty great. Our customers are happy with how available our application is.

We have had issues with bugs or version mismatches, more so because Calm is part of the bigger Nutanix ecosystem. If someone upgrades AOS on one side, there can be a mismatch with the version of Calm we have. Nutanix has this huge ecosystem and Calm is just a virtual layer working with Prism and AHV underneath.

This past week, we had a bug. After working with Nutanix support we figured out that we had to upgrade AOS to get rid of the bug.

Overall, Calm has been solid at what it does. We are early in the intake process. We are not fully mature with Calm. When it comes to issues and bugs, there is a solid path of escalation and we get good support. We feel comfortable where we are right now and we also feel Calm has been solid in what we have been able to achieve so far.

I would rate stability a nine out of ten. 

The stability of the solution really surprised me when I first started using it. It exceeded my expectations. I have been impressed.

Just think about the fact that we managed 15 hosts individually before, and we had to manage the storage separately. The maintenance of it was really difficult for us. We had two dedicated environment admins, and now we are down to one, a dedicated Nutanix admin. He is fully in charge of the solution and its maintenance. He also supports users and does troubleshooting for them. It has saved us lots of time that we can put into user support.

It's a stable solution. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It's reliable.

The stability of Calm is very good. We have not had problems. We are enhancing our clusters now a lot because we did a proof of concept for two years and last year we went into production. We are really happy with the platform and we are really accelerating and enhancing it.

The stability of the Prism solution is another thing that we have found to be a bit of work. For example, the Prism Central and the appliances use 97 percent of the CPU and RAM of the virtual machine. We don't know why. There is a memory leak somewhere that makes it overuse the memory. Nutanix is aware of this. It has been ongoing for a year, and they still haven't fixed it. I just don't get it.

The stability is great. I haven't had it go down on me, so I haven't really had any issues with Prism Pro. We've had some hardware issues, but the way that Nutanix has their software setup, it doesn't have downtime to the end user and the VMs don't go down. Everything just keeps working.

I do the deployment and maintenance for this solution.

The solution is very stable. I mean, we don't have problems using the solution.

Stability is not going to be matched by anything else on the market.

We have found Nutanix solution to be very stable; we have never experienced any downtime with these solutions and aside from a few LCM hiccoughs we have never had any performance impacts utilizing this solution.

By and large the stability of Prism Pro is very good. 

I do feel that we seem to run into a lot of problems with memory DIMMs within the Nutanix servers. Maybe they're overly cautious, but we do seem to get frequent failures for nodes that are removed for possible memory issues, or just the possibility that there could be a memory issue. If overly cautious is a downside, they're overly cautious. But if that means that our systems perform well and we don't get errors of data corruption, then it's all for the better. 

Their systems are very resilient and their uptime is very good, as they automatically live-migrate machines off to different nodes in the same cluster. They do that very well.

Having the cluster live outweighs having a single node fail, and that's the whole point of having multiple nodes. From that standpoint, the last time we had a system down because of the Nutanix was probably two years ago. And the cause was a network issue, which was something outside of their control. One cluster could not talk to another cluster and it went into a panic state and started shutting down VMs. It wasn't that Nutanix went offline. We had a network issue. They went into a protective mode to protect the data. That may be leaning towards the overly cautious, but we had zero corruption with any of our actual VMs. It did bring our application down, but everything was functional once we got the network issues worked out.

We haven't had any problems. In two years it's never gone down. Every time we patch it, it patches seamlessly. We've never had any problems with it and we've never had to do anything to try to resolve any problems.

The stability, now, is okay, but in the past it was awful, due to both our environment and the solution.

In terms of its stability, it is a good solution.

For the organization, it has been a great leap in quality, since apart from having a large number of physical equipment, the closest thing to nutanix was an IBM BLADE WITH 5 blades sharing an IBM 3520 storage, and the Windows Server 2008 R2 operating system. , with Hyper-v as hypervisor. The handling of the equipment in this infrastructure was too slow at the time of writing data to the different machines that belonged to the cluster since the disks are rotating and hardware, we can say that it already had a fairly long period of use.
The arrival of Nutanix to the organization was a quality leap from the sky to the moon, we migrated the critical production services such as databases, applications and other servers that should have better performance, and more advanced management from a prism apart it gives us a way to monitor everything that happens in the cluster.
For me it has been very beneficial, since in addition to the advantages it has given my organization, it has also allowed me to get to know a new infrastructure, which has a learning platform, the Nutanix University, where you can learn and get certified. something beyond a tool is a way of looking at technology.

The stability has been very good. We haven't had any outages or downtime with it. Even after upgrades, it comes right back up. We haven't experienced any issues with reliability or uptime.

From my past 1 year experience I can say that the product is very stable.

The stability is very good. I cannot say that we have had an issue with the Prism Central dashboard.

The solution is stable. We did not face any downtime.

The solution has high file and server availability, it is very stable. We had an incident with our data, due to the data getting corrupted from an endpoint issue, not from an infrastructure problem. However, through a server snapshot file, we were able to recover more than 20 terabytes of data in this solutions' native features. We did not need to obtain any other recent configuration transform data, the feature was already provided. This was really helpful.

A1! As I said in one of my previous statements, even in the midst of a critical hardware failure, the solution was able to carry on as if nothing happened due to the way the High Availability feature functions.

Nutanix Xi Beam is a stable solution. Our expectations are a bit average and not high. In that sense, it's good.
