Office 365 Other Advice

We're an Office 365 shop. We do all of our stuff through Azure.

I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten. If they were better on the administrative side, I'd likely rate them at a perfect ten out of ten.

I strongly recommend this solution. they are very good at what they do.

I work as a reseller. I am unable to be a partner. It's similar to having one in each country. For example, we charge most of the sales and pay something to Microsoft. Then, in cycles. As an authorized seller, I'm here to help.

The advice I would give them is to go with the best plan, which is both expensive and not cheap. Then they can start using it a little bit to see how the platform works, and then they can go to the Microsoft site and see how scalable the email as a mail platform is.

I would rate Office 365 a five out of ten.

I would rate this solution 9 out of 10.

Some people might be disappointed with this solution because I discovered that for my team, it wasn't so easy for them to use at the start. I provided all the links for online training for Microsoft, but sometimes when we have new people, they don't know. The training is really well done. Everybody's able to manage and to use it after following the online training.

Before choosing Office 365, we didn't evaluate other options, because we've been using Microsoft Office products over the last decade. Microsoft Office is the preferred choice here in my country.

We purchased the Office 365 license for 40 users. The solution is deployed in a single location. We are only 55 people in the office.

My advice to others looking into using Office 365 is to go for it because it's an all-in-one solution that they can use for collaboration and other things.

My rating for Office 365 is eight out of ten. I would give it a ten if the bandwidth issue was solved because currently it uses up a lot of bandwidth, plus if they added more features to it.

I would rate this solution 5 out of 10.

For someone who wants to implement this solution, my advice is to ask your company to study the business and the needs of the project really well before choosing it.

When a company wants to buy a solution, they usually don't understand what they want. They know they have some reasons to change or buy a new solution, but normally they are not very well prepared for a change. I think companies should make a study and then choose the best solution for their company's needs.

I'm a customer and an end-user. I don't have a specific business relationship with Microsoft.

It's all cloud-based. Therefore, we are always using the current version. It's a product that automatically updates itself.

Before using Microsoft Office 365, some sort of familiarity is required. Most people are aware of Word or Excel or PowerPoint, however, if they're using Teams, they should have some sort of in-field training.

I'd rate the solution eight out of ten. It has all t business tools that most companies require to run a business effectively. It is useful.

I rate Office 365 a nine out of ten because I have faced certain issues, such as the solution crashing. If there are solution issues, it's difficult to resolve and that's the reason why I'm taking that one point away. Office 365t helps me do my job,  I'm very happy with the products.

The version we are using is very generic. It requires that you perform a lot of customizations.

I rate this product a 7 out of 10. I give it this rating because it works but it's not sophisticated enough and not specialized enough for health care. It requires a lot of time to customize.

I am a customer and end-user.

I’m not sure which version of the solution we’re using. I use both cloud and on-premises deployments.

If you do not think about the money you have to pay to activate it, the tool offers good value and many applications, making it worth it.

I’d rate the solution nine out of ten. There’s still room for improvement. However, it’s pretty good.

CGO | Diretor de Inovação e Crescimento at a computer software company with 1-10 employees

I've been selling all kinds of solutions, including Office 365, Power BI, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365. I'm based in Brazil and I've been working with Microsoft partners. We have a whole list of customers who use Microsoft solutions. We usually deal with the newest versions and models of Microsoft products.

I don't know exactly what could be improved in this solution. There could be a small room for improvement, but I don't know what it is, or if Microsoft Defender for Office 365 really needs improvement, because it is a very solid solution.

For deployment and maintenance of this solution, we have five people who are in charge.

I don't have direct interaction with technical support, so I can't say from my experience if it's good or not, but what I observed it they give very good support.

My advice for people planning to use Microsoft Defender for Office 365 is that it's a very good solution, and they won't have problems using it.

I'm rating Microsoft Defender for Office 365 a nine out of ten.

First of all, I was an enthusiastic and an early adopter of this product. Microsoft has made the onboarding process impressively robust and my learning pains back then, would not be those experienced by someone arriving new/fresh today. Still, the primary domain is something that one should give some consideration to, as it’s a lock-in decision.

It is virtually a worry-free solution especially from the standpoint of IT administrators.

I would recommend it because it's rather user friendly and we don't have any particular problems. I would recommend it to a company without a problem.

A need that a company like ours has is that we want to be able to have data flow into one tool, for example, for all the management of tasks through the company and workflow of who is doing what and so on. There are no real solutions for this at the moment in Office 365. It would be nice if they could implement this in the next release, so we can have one solution from one company giving us the whole data and flow of data into the company.

I would rate Office 365 an eight out of ten.

Microsoft Office is a basic tool in consulting. I have implemented macros, specialized Office tools, and applications for it using Visual Basic. I usually need to design tools for our clients, because I want to give them a really good product. It needs to be more than Excel, alone, because it has to be easy to enter data. There are also calculations that happen in the background, and we do not want the client to be harassed by things that they do not need to know.

The mission of the Office is to do small computations. It is a tool for small documents and spreadsheets, and I think it's perfect for what it's meant to be. On the other hand, there is always something that can be improved.

I would rate this solution a four out of ten.

If you feel that this product serves your requirement for the money you are paying, you may subscribe to Office 365 Enterprise. If in case you feel that this would cost you too much (for small business organizations), you may look for other cloud solutions like Google Business Apps or Google Apps and other cloud-based applications.
