The biggest benefit my company gained from Okta Workforce Identity is that everything just works securely so that all your managed devices can access all your applications without any hassle because they are trusted devices, but if you want to use your father's or mother's PC to access the company application, then it will ask more MFA (multifactor authentication) steps.

Okta improved both organizations where I've worked with it:
- Better Single Sign-On (reducing the number of passwords)
- Improved accountability (to know what users were doing, and where they were working on Identity and authentication services)

Our repository of data and our work are all based on Microsoft Teams now since we are a global organization with people spread literally across the globe. Employees have access to these documents all over the world, so the company needs to have a high level of security and privacy to access these documents. Okta is an important tool for controlling this access.

It makes it very easy to onboard and offboard accounts. When someone quits, one of the hardest things for an admin to do nowadays is figuring out the 37 accounts that this person had and getting rid of all of them. With Okta, it is not that difficult. You can eliminate a lot of that admin time in one shot, which is important on the security aspect of things. If you miss one or two accounts, they can backdoor you.

All our logins work seamlessly without having to log in multiple times. With multiple applications, you tend to forget your credentials for some of the applications. Some applications have different password policies. With Okta, all of these is centralized. You only need one password, one setup, one policy and one login.
