What is our primary use case?

Creating dynamic content solutions for both transactional and marketing communications Developing smarter solutions for customers.

How has it helped my organization?

xPression was touted as a future solution, but didn't meet needs and therefore was replaced. Limitations of functions compared to the tool it was intended to replace meant the solution was not viable.

What is most valuable?

Integration with Adobe Suite was great, allowed for smarts of industry standard tool to be leveraged.

What needs improvement?

As this product appears to be end-of-life, there are better options in the marketplace.  There were too many limitations based on the composition tools used.

For how long have I used the solution?

Three to five years.
