They need better solutions for common functionalities, like every week related activities, and customer support. They need to come with more out of the box solutions, rather than depending on customers to develop them. I like SharePoint where you have work bots, so I hope they come up with a similar concept. Add the reusability of whatever components we configure. I believe this will be an advantage in the future. View full review »

We have a very good time to market tool, and the development platform should be made user-friendly. Mostly, it's just support. The support is being provided by the vendor whenever there are issues, it should be at a very high level. In a banking institution, it is fundamental that if you are using workflow automated processes that you receive the right level of support for implementation. View full review »
