What is most valuable?

It brings everything together in one method screen from which you can create all the services.

What is most valuable?

The solution enables managing all different types of servers; Unix server or a Windows server. This is a very significant advantage of this solution.

How has it helped my organization?

It is easier to manage all the servers, and you can automate processes at one time for all these types of servers, which is very useful.

Which solutions did we use previously?

We wanted a solution for the network, but beforehand we didn't have the global tools for that, so we needed to locate a designer solution.

It depends which solution you require but in general, the HPE solution is very useful, but sometimes it's more difficult with other solutions. It's very simple to use even though... more»

The ease of use is most valuable.

We do integration for other companies and automation is a huge, huge benefit, obviously.

What is most valuable?: This solution enables the automation of workflow. • How has it helped my organization?: It has good optimization. It's easy to use and to develop. • What needs improvement?: I would like to see more open-source options with this tool. There are only graphical developments. My technical colleagues prefer to develop as we code, not as we click. • What do I think about the stability of the solution?: This is a stable solution. • How is customer service and technical support?: We have an external colleague, who is part of an activation company.
