Oracle API Management Room for Improvement

My main feedback is about the account management. I feel they should connect with clients more frequently, beyond just selling the product. They should actively seek feedback and tailor the approach to client needs. It shouldn't always be about pushing additional products.

My main suggestion is focused solely on the account management approach, specifically fostering closer and more proactive client relationships.

So, the pricing could also be bit improvement.

Although it is working great for us at the moment, we don't enjoy its user-interface. The UI is based on old approach and needs an overhaul to modernize the UI and user interaction. Developer collaboration tools also needs serious enhancements.

I'm from the development team. We have a different infrastructure team, which is actually managing the product and is closer to the features. From my side, I do not see any areas that are lacking.

The licensing could be better. We are looking for open source. We have evaluated a few. We'd like them to have some sort of open-source option. We'd like it if they could reduce the cost without sacrificing on features.

Before gaining experience with the product, I found that it was not simple to use and things took longer to do than I had anticipated.

The price of this solution should be lowered.

Oracle needs to improve on access to technical documentation. Currently, You really have to know where you're going and to dig quite deep. We've got quite a junior developer, somebody who's not really used APIs, and they just can't find the specific documentation.
