It is very secure, easy to manage, and easy to configure. It is a web-based API. Moreover, we get direct support from Oracle guys.

We don't need to involve any additional vendors for maintenance or troubleshooting.

The security, the authentication, and the publishing qualities are great. We are especially fond of its transformation features. Its support for SOAP based web-services is very good and comprehensive.

The initial setup isn't overly difficult.

The most valuable features for us are security and centralization.

In my experience with it, there are a couple of most valuable features. First, it provides flexibility in data loading. Second, it has the ability to link with other products.
