We have looked into Tosca. Tosca only scans the particular application and all the elements are recorded onto it. We then only have to change minor details. 

Personally, I also looked at POC and Selenium for the web application. Selenium can be integrated and has many add-ons that can be added, like customized reports. However, we need to work with Oracle Forms and Selenium cannot automate this.

We did not evaluate other tools at the time.

Yes, we tried with QTP, but it was doing no good than internal tool for test automation of Oracle EBS Applications.

The product is the go-to product for all Oracle Applications because of the compatibility and correlation with Oracle Applications.

We had used HP QTP for a project involving Oracle-EBS and found the correlation very difficult.
