What is most valuable?

It supports the two most widely-used Hadoop distributions: Hortonworks Data Platform and Cloudera Distribution for Hadoop. It also uses Spark on YARN, making data processing faster and more stable. How has it helped my organization?

The capability to process so many languages has been our biggest improvement. They need to work on the visualization of data. That would be a nice, useful improvement.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We were also looking at QlikView, but it is not fit for scale, hence we switched to Oracle Big Data Appliance.
