For deployment, we required a team of ten developers. The maintenance involved training the government team and providing ongoing support tailored to the specific needs of the government departments. 
After deployment, the solution entered production. We encountered some issues, but I believe these were typical for a first deployment. Oracle promptly addressed these problems, showcasing their excellent support during deployment.

The initial setup usually takes less than five days. For a complex environment, it could be longer, depending on factors like company size and the number of business processes. Small entities may require less time, while larger ones might need more.

For me, it all boils down to the technical capability of the individual defining the solution. Those with good knowledge and experience find it easier. Overall, the implementation is generally straightforward.

On an initial project, consider getting outside mentors to work with your team. These mentors can be in-house or outside consultants. The vendor is not required in most cases.
