We do use a customized version of the solution. We use the solution as a finance HRM and for procurement, satellite management, security management, project planning and project monitoring. Our use case is very broad.

I take care of the deployment part of any IT infrastructure while also getting involved in the integration process of Oracle CRM with any other third-party products.
Oracle CRM is a product that is usually integrated with BI solutions. At times, Oracle CRM is integrated with ERP systems. In general, Oracle CRM is a tool that is not hard to integrate with other products in the market. Every company has to go through a phase of dealing with integrations of every kind of component in their environment.

We mainly use Oracle CRM for customer information. When the client makes a call and complains about service dysfunctionality, we check the CRM to see if they bought in the data or exhausted it. The solution provides us with detailed statistics and based on that, we can offer a solution or refer that query to the billing application.

While using CRM I was a consultant making business analysis, high-level analysis making the implementation, and training the users on how to use the application. I was also doing testing and go-live with the production. I'd use it for requirement gathering from the customer and then map it to the application, implement it, fill the gaps, and make some workarounds. Sometimes we needed to use some development and then we tested it and put it live.

Oracle/Siebel CRM On Premise Solution generally caters to Organization Sales, Marketing, Service, Social, Partner, Channels, Call Center, Loyalty and many more business functions.
Though late entrant in the CRM Cloud space, Oracle already has introduced the next gen Cloud based CRM Solution as part of it's Oracle Customer Experience(CX) suite which is more modular, cloud based and tightly integrated with Customer Portal and Analytics business solutions. The core CRM functions are delivered through Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud CPQ Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Management Cloud, Engagement Cloud, Social Cloud and many more moduler but tightly integrated solutions. Customer can chooses what they require based on their business drivers.

I was responsible for the Oracle financial department.
We use Oracle to keep all of the providers in their perspective sites. We have all of the financial aspects with Oracle, the payments, the bills and we manage the accounting with the ERP.
I was in charge of looking for the providers who were the best suited for one school.
We requested the DRSP to send to the providers and to analyze it with the team in order to select the current one and hire them.
I was with the project from the start to the implementation process and the post-implementation process also, to be able to stabilize the system.
