What is most valuable?

Payroll, P&L, and HR modules. One system for all modules makes is easier to administer employee data. Reports can be customized and downloaded to multiple formats.

How has it helped my organization?

One system for all modules makes is easier to administer employee data. The new hire onboarding makes it quick and easy to assign required forms and to see that the forms are completed.

What needs improvement?

The self service benefit enrollment tool could be more user friendly. Employees that are not computer savvy tend to have more difficulty and require help from the administrator.

How has it helped my organization?

With Navigators, managers can now do their routine job of approving timecards in a step-by-step wizard which saves a lot of their time.

What needs improvement?

Reports are not properly designed. Getting reports/data without having to measure performance (KPIs) has no value. One of the most essential requirement for us is to have a variance report for comparing Actual hours (FTEs) with Same Period... more»

What is most valuable?

Potential integration via cloud connect is the biggest valuable feature, but Streamline has not been as successful as GlobalView in this area. I also think that the ability to aggregate and manage many payrolls from one location with a common... more»

How has it helped my organization?

The product allows you to create and manage shared services centrally even in small countries. It has helped to consolidate processes regardless of the fact that you have different payroll systems.

What needs improvement?

Integration could be improved. You would hope that the cloud connect would work equally as well for GlobalView and Streamline. Also, project management is currently only specific to the country and not specific to ADP culture and process.
