We implement this for our customers who have seen multifold speedup in reporting and better visibility into their organizations. It's challenging to put a dollar value, but they have recouped their investments as compared to the systems that were replaced.

It helps to remove inefficiencies and improve the decision-making process, so it does deliver a return on investment.

In our organization, we implemented it a year and a half ago, and I can say that the ROI is not that great. So, we are still trying to stabilize the system and improve it.

This product does not provide value for money. We have since replaced it; not in the entire company, but in my area. We created our own data mine, and do our own reporting based on that.

All the ventures that were started based off of this product were successful. The users were actively using the dashboards and reports, while the executive level management were able to view the functioning of their respective organizations on high-level view.
