I rate Oracle Real User Experience Insight seven out of 10 because it can monitor web applications well, but it still can't monitor mobile applications. I don't have much advice for people considering ORUEI except to say that you should decide based on a proof of concept. Do the POC, and you will know whether to use it or not. 

I would rate it nine out of 10. 

BTM integration, synthetic workload monitoring, and OEM should sync more easily.

Our company has used this solution for quite a while, however, I've only been with the company for two months, so I don't have a lot of experience with the solution yet.

Our company uses a cloud deployment model.
