I've used other sources, however, I've never used an onboarding tool. I know there are many of them out there, for example, Paycom. There's Paychex as well. However, we're mainly using this product for recruiting purposes.

I also use Workday and find it to be a much better product. I'd choose it over Taleo if I had to.
