The most usable and well-known feature is Oracle's recruiting module for Taleo. Performance and goal management are good to have, based on certain client requirements where the user base isn't too large, but the most workable domain of Taleo is the recruiting module.

It has allowed us to be able to source candidates, have them apply for the job, or put in applications online. All of our onboarding is done via the web as well. It makes everything easy.

The solution is stable and reliable.

Recruiting. Putting the requisitions through takes around 5 minutes at the most. If you know you have the job description ready, just plug it in.

We use Taleo mainly for recruitment. The solution has good integration capabilities and extensibility, and there's the standard integration between Fusion and Taleo as well as the validations that can be done on top of Taleo.

The Professional Recruitment feature is good.

The Talent Acquisition and Headhunting features are good.

The solution offers good benefits for administrators.

The solution allows for various options using the cloud. It can store data easier and you can access it at any time.

For me, the most valuable features are the following;

• Its configuration capabilities. You can adapt the solution to give response to your organizational needs.
• It’s really user friendly, intuitive, and an easy to use solution.
• The platform lets users access critical employee information and turn operations into quick and effortless processes with its modules.
• The solution is continuously improving and adding new functionality with three to four releases each year.

Since we had no system before (we just kept everything in Outlook), even the most basic features were great.

There are several valuable features--

• It provides the best solution for ensuring a very good quality selection process, evaluation reviews, development plans, goals and development planning.
• It is an intuitive and easy to use solution, offering a complete suite of standard reports out of the box for the hiring process (Oracle Business Intelligence).

It is easy to use. Requisition management and pre-screening are the two most valuable features.
