What is most valuable?

The most important feature is that it is possible to relate all of the databases that we use. I use Oracle databases like SAP Logic, I use BI Publisher, I use Epic, and my company uses a lot of other Oracle applications. WebCenter content… more»

How has it helped my organization?

It is easier to share and search for company content.

What needs improvement?

WebCenter content access has a lot of options and flexibility. At this time, I only see one problem: in the sub-content and channels surrounding Windows 10. It only functions with Windows 7 and Windows 8. All of the operating systems in my… more»

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We started using the product on the cloud but a lot of the product's features were not accessible that way, so we switched to on-premises. We switched to gain full access to the product's features. That was important to us.

What other advice do I have?

I love the solution. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate this product absolutely as a ten.

The solution is pretty easy to use for the most part.

What needs improvement?

I can't configure the current security I want. There are a lot of bots in it. Sharepoint doesn't integrate well with Oracle, and we use a lot of Oracle products at our company. Therefore, it makes more sense for us to go to Oracle instead… more»

The solution is free. We don't have to pay for licensing.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We're in the process of switching to Oracle right now. Soon we'll stop using Sharepoint, mostly because Oracle is easier to integrate for us.

What other advice do I have?

We're using the public cloud deployment model. I wouldn't recommend Sharepoint; I'm much more likely to recommend people use Oracle instead. It's more compatible and makes integration much easier because our company uses Oracle databases… more»
