It's scalable. They have a very flexible billing system. There is a minimum of 15 or 20 numbers or users. If you add more money, you can add more users. It's pretty scalable. We haven’t experienced any scalability issues up until this point. View full review »

As far as we've used it with clients, it has been very scalable and we don't have time limits yet. We currently have 20 users, who are IT technicians, operators, and managers. We do have plans to increase our usage in the future, but right now we're mainly using the alarming functionality of the solution. View full review »
