What do you think of F5 BIG-IP?

Valuable Features: LTM. • Improvements to My Organization: We can load balance the request to servers, which was the main reason we bought the product. • Room for Improvement: I think the logging could be improved. • Use of Solution: Two years. • Stability Issues: No. • Scalability Issues: No. • Customer Service and Technical Support: I have never used F5 technical support. • Previous Solutions: No. • Initial Setup: No, it was simple. • Pricing, Setup Cost and Licensing: Check other vendors like Cisco, Citrix or A10 Networks. There are plenty in the market with which you can achieve same thing. • Other Solutions Considered: No, straight to F5. • Other Advice: Stable product. What do you think of OpenVPN?

Improvements to My Organization: Encrypted connections are, in all situations, better than unencrypted. So, security is much better with OpenVPN. • Valuable Features: The ability to run in almost any conditions, and the flexibility that comes with that. • Use of Solution: More than five years. • Stability Issues: No issues with stability, at least not recently. • Scalability Issues: No issues with scalability. • Customer Service and Technical Support: We didn't use any paid support. This software is fairly industry-standard and you can find all kinds of help in the online community. • Previous Solutions: We switched from IPSec and switched because of NAT issues. • Initial Setup: This product was used with AWS.
