I don't use technical support that often, so I don't have much of a need for them. However, when I talked to them in the past, I noticed that they were not here in America. They're actually based in Spain. They just got purchased, however. My understanding is that the company just got acquired by WatchGuard. I don't know how this will affect the support in the future.
