I rate the ease of setup a five out of ten. There are some difficulties. If I need to build a program, I need to search for the list or the template everywhere. It’s really hard to work on it. The solution is cloud-based. Six to seven people are needed to maintain the product.

The implementation process is easy. It's easy to learn. The dashboards are very convenient when you go from one option to another option. The dashboard is very neat, and the UI is very easy to understand.

The deployment time, from start to finish, took about two months.

We had an external consultant assisting us with the initial setup. It was a while ago but I think deployment took about a month. It's not something that can be done in-house. It requires a product specialist or a Salesforce specialist.

The installation is straightforward.

The initial setup is not overly complex. It's pretty simple and straightforward. A company shouldn't have any issues with the process.

The deployment took one or two weeks. In one week, a company can basically deploy the product. After that, you need to learn different aspects of the product. A user will need to understand, for example, how to make a landing page, or how to do email templates.

I can't speak to the initial setup. I couldn't say if the solution was difficult or easy to set up. I wasn't a part of the initial implementation process and therefore don't have any information on the process or the amount of time it took to deploy everything.

It was relatively complex to set up. Designing the platform that paralleled our sales process required a consulting partner to help with that.
