How has it helped my organization?

It has made email marketing quicker and easier, as we moved away from a clunkier system.

List building.

No issues. Stability has been fine.

Technical support has been quick and helpful every time. I highly rate it.

We switched away from Marketo, because this solution was cheaper and better connected with our Salesforce product.

What needs improvement?

The reporting features of the Pardot system could be improved to provide better and more data.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We used a locally-produced CRM system. Salesforce’s constant innovation and ecosystem, not to mention that it meets every single one of our needs, made us choose that solution.

What other advice do I have?

Make sure you map out your sales process. Determine what is important for you, and make any process improvements before implementing the platform. You should always make the platform fit your process instead of the other way around. And… more»
