Our in-house team was responsible for the deployment.

The only maintenance that is required is for our real devices. In these cases, we have to make sure that the operating systems are up to date, and provide the latest ones that are in production.

The majority of the maintenance is taken care of by Perfecto. We quickly test to make sure that our scripts are not broken. This is a small team that takes care of this.

An in-house team with some support from the Perfecto team helped with the first operation. Now we can do it all by ourselves.

We had to involve a consultant from Perfecto because certain changes were needed on the Perfecto side, as well as on our side, to comply with our security regulations. That worked great. The consultant was great to work with, and we got everything matched up, configured, and working. He was extremely helpful and instrumental in our success in meeting our security requirements. Our security team is happy.

Not many people are needed for the deployment. We have a small DevOps team and it takes two to three people tops.

The team looked like they have been doing it as part of their service and they were able to complete it pretty quickly.

My colleagues handled the setup phase and we had a center dedicated to mobile, but I am unsure if we solicited any outside help.
