What is most valuable?

Scheduling meetings, the Outlook plug-in, recording live meetings.

How has it helped my organization?

This software plug-in is built-in to our Outlook so we are able to sync our calendars to show all meetings and webinars its great!

GlobalMeet has been a great cost-savings for our company. We are very happy with PGi's services and products.

Yes, our company switched over to PGi's services a little over a year ago.

What other advice do I have?

I highly recommend PGi solutions. Their products are top-of-the-line and offer a great option for web conferencing.

Our company adopted this program about a year ago or so and it has been easy to share screens with internal and external users.

What needs improvement?

We are saving money using this program opposed to our old system. We are definitely saving money using PGI then our old system.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Yes, our company made it a mandatory switch. This system offers more than our other program we used in the past. I like using this system much more than our older version.

What other advice do I have?

I really enjoy the new web sharing program and will continue to use this for my presentations and trainings.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

The last web sharing we used was Skype and Level 3 Web meeting service. both have pros and cons but global meet allows for recordings which is great!

I would go with the audio and web conferencing bundle with at least 10,000 minutes in audio so you don't have to worry about running out of time.

I am not sure about the pricing and licensing because I was not involved in this process. Our corporate headquarters did all the purchasing of GlobalMeet.

We have always used outlook or Lync before going through GlobalMeet for meetings to take place and it was not as easy and accessible as GlobalMeet is.

It allows us to meet with key leaders across the nation and gather their input on important decisions. It allows us to plan and for all to be heard and contribute.

What needs improvement?

Recordings-the recording features malfunctions and it only allows you to store recordings for 30 days without an extra fee.

The pricing and licensing are fair and simple to process. I highly recommend. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give them a 10.

Yes, Adobe Connect. We switched from it because PGI's Global Meet was less expensive.

What is most valuable?

The features I've found most valuable are: * The ability to upload files and easily share presentations with the entire meeting. * Also, the ability to promote presenters or mute all.

How has it helped my organization?

We are a remote organization mostly, so all of our team meetings use this platform. It allows us to share screens, record meetings and include everyone on the call.

What needs improvement?

We have had some connectivity issues if some of our folks are not working via Wi-Fi connections. We had a large training with our event managers, who are located around the country, at the end of November. We used GlobalMeet in order to conduct this meeting. What is most valuable?

I love the Outlook toolbar that GlobalMeet has incorporated. I use it to create announcements for web meetings, and to start my audio and/or web meetings. With just a few clicks, you can get your meeting underway... have the program call you (no need to remember phone numbers and passcodes)... and can see those attending your call. You can also control noise by muting callers, and even record the… more »

How has it helped my organization?

I also download the reports after my calls so that I can track who has attended the calls. The reports allow me to access when someone called in and how long they stayed on the call. This way I also know if someone logged on, provided their name, then hung up. So to sum it up, I'd say it's given us beneficial information regarding who's on the call and for how long.

What needs improvement?

I would like to see the reports available right after my call, instead of 24 hours later. There is the ability to download the recordings real quick, but not the attendance reports.
