I would find a small plan that is slightly above your current needs. We found that once we began using the service that others adopted it quickly and availability became more limited. It's been quick and simple to expand our commitment though.

The pricing and licensing are fair and simple to process. I highly recommend. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give them a 10.

I would go with the audio and web conferencing bundle with at least 10,000 minutes in audio so you don't have to worry about running out of time.

The solution is expensive. I would rate the product's pricing an eight out of ten and it is yearly. 

I am not sure about the pricing and licensing because I was not involved in this process. Our corporate headquarters did all the purchasing of GlobalMeet.

GlobalMeet has been a great cost-savings for our company. We are very happy with PGi's services and products.

We are saving money using this program opposed to our old system. We are definitely saving money using PGI then our old system.

Again I have no clue about the pricing and licensing of the product. I would say it is most likely fairly priced because so many companies use it as a vital resource. With that being said, there are always other companies competing on the market.
