Typical problem resolution investigation tends to fixate reactively on user-reported glitches and may miss emerging trends. Proactive global analysis of log files can reveal quantitative correlation over time of application stability and health. Creating timely Planisware versions is also beneficial.

We introduced Planisware because we wanted to have everything consolidated. Getting into something else when Planisware is already in the house doesn't make sense. The only element which Planisware misses out on is it does not have its own CI/CD kind of setup.

If I have a set of teams doing a custom app development and their source code repository, and they need a source code repository, then Planisware is not the tool. Work management can be done in Planisware, but the source code management and the CI/CD pipelines cannot be set up in Planisware.

Then there's Jira. And then there's Clarizen, which was recently acquired by Planview. These are the five, tools in the portfolio.
