It is very scalable. If a customer has multiple clients or services, it is still scalable.

I only have experience with using it in a very small network. It seems like it should scale up. That said, I have not tried it.

The product is scalable. 

My understanding is the solution can scale. I don't remember that much, as I used to be IT support intern and I didn't have all of the rights of the admins.

There are about ten users. There were people from IT support and a few from the security department.

Scalability is very easy. We have around 20 users. There are 10 servers on which the users have deployed Pulseway. 

The only issue we have experienced with scalability of this product is the delay between requesting an upgrade and implementation (approx. 12 hours) due to our time zone difference.
