What is most valuable?

* Quick documentation and ability to use software online in workshops. * Ability to drill down (connect truly subprocesses to parent) is very important. This makes the process chart more compact and readable.

How has it helped my organization?

* Processes become clearer, easier to understand, and easier to spot in development areas. * It makes communication easier due to transparency on processes.

What needs improvement?

There is definitely a need to produce models in XML. There is already something available, but it seems that transferring between the different modelling tools is difficult.
