Total setup is not only the software setup but also developing models that depend on the existing process documentation, SOP's, and KPI's. It took us around 10 days to get the first models up-and-running.

Don’t really know what to say here. I’d rather not answer. QPR is a very complex and expensive scheme. It limited our ability to utilize the solution effectively. I suggest not using it if you have limited budget.
