For the deployment process, we require one support engineer and one implementation engineer, and the back-end team can quickly resolve any problems if they arise. So one or two engineers are enough for the deployment.

Quorum OnQ is deployed on-premise in our organization. We are trying our best to develop an on-cloud option, but the solution is currently deployed on-premises.

The solution doesn't require any maintenance.

The level of expertise is ten out of ten.

I worked with one or two of their engineers.

The vendor team set up and shipped the server to me, preconfigured. I then worked with an implementation specialist to get everything working on my network. I couldn't have asked for an easier process or better people to work with.

In-house with Quorum tech support assistance.

During the implementation, we were in close contact with the distributor, who had technical engineers that helped us throughout the process. We were running some Linux servers that weren't compatible with the product, so we had to test on the servers that were compatible.
