We worked with the vendor during the initial installation. Our system is hybrid, so some of our endpoints are being scanned directly from the cloud, but others use the collectors. 

I had a support engineer sit with me through the whole process over the course of three days. He was a huge help!

We did the installation without any technical help. The configuration was performed by non-technical staff.

Rapid7 InsightIDR can be up or running in a matter of hours or minutes. It takes about a week or two to deploy the solution for an enterprise account with full integration of an IT use case.

Although we did do the deployments by ourselves, we did it with some support from the provider, but it was easy to deploy.
