What needs improvement?

A centralized management would be nice, the ability to manage all cluster in one management portal.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

They are very competitive in pricing, so I would definitely recommend Reduxio.

If you previously used a different solution, which one did you use and why did you switch?

NetApp SolidFire and Dell EqualLogic. We switched because of instant recovery.

What other advice do I have?

Cost savings can be achieved by dumping your traditional backup software. Instant recovery is the way to go.
