The documentation of RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle is well done and there is online help available, but troubleshooting bugs they should be more proactive so that we can address the issues to the customers faster.

I rate RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle a five out of ten.

Two of the members of our company's in-house team and a consultant for support were required to take care of the maintenance phase of the product.

I rate the overall tool a seven out of ten.

It is important to note that this solution runs on Oracle database only. So, even if your organization already has a database, they will still need to purchase another one. This also would require them to get a separate team of Oracle experts.

Additionally, there is no automatic load or failback process.

Overall this solution is best for a customer without many advanced tools within their environment who do not require integration with identify management. 

This is a good product for a small-scale organization.

Reach out to a Value Added Reseller (VAR) with plenty of experience who can match your requirements with the best solution. If RSA ends up being your selection, I would recommend subscribing to a premium support option because not only will you get a faster response from them, the quality of support is much greater.

If possible, hire someone to manage the installation that has a solid concept of what they're doing. Be sure to have them meet with all the teams that will need to authenticate so that all the proper connections are made from the implementation of the product.

All of the features in this product are good and this is a product that I recommend.

I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.

Get a vendor team or consultant to assist implementation.
