Technical support is also great. They have a portal and you can ask for open tickets. They offer a lot of options there and they also have a service provider here in Indonesia so you can meet the Principal. You are able to ask them directly or you can even direct them to your user. Customer service is by far one of the best outcomes of this product, I've been getting significantly better customer service than our previous vendor (Aruba). We've had to engage both Ruckus and Cloudpath on a few things that have come up and the level of resolve they have shown is outstanding. View full review »
