I'm using the latest version of the solution. It's SaaS so it is always the latest.

I'd recommend the solution to others. It is excellent.

I'd rate it ten out of ten.

I would advise those considering this solution to review the learning content they have and consider all the criteria for successful implementation before getting started. It is good practice to have a governance system in place for any learning management implementation. This provides guidance on what functionality to make use of at what times as well as determining how new changes are rolled out.

I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.

I advise others to identify their organization's HR data structure before implementing the solution. Also, check for quality issues in learning data, clean it up, and then continue the process to avoid complexities.

I rate the solution a seven out of ten.

I would advise talking to other customers and also making sure that you have a clear understanding of what support you'll receive from Cornerstone during the implementation period and after the implementation. I would also advise to pilot it before you roll it out universally. Build in enough time with your legacy solutions so that you can pressure test it for all of your business use cases, and then, finally, if you're going to support it in-house, make sure that you have dedicated people for it, and they have appropriate Cornerstone delivered training.

I would rate it an eight out of 10.

In the past two years, they have totally revamped the reporting module. It is called Reporting 2.0 and it is absolutely incredible. The administrator can create custom reports that are as granular or as wide as you want. You can share it with specific users or with entire groups of users. You can have the system email reports, which is very helpful because as an administrator, I am asked for reports constantly. Even when reports have been generated, stored, and are available for people to read, they still email me requests for updated versions. Reporting 2.0 has allowed me to program the system to email it to them on whatever cadence I choose. So, for example, every Wednesday at noon, a specific group of people will have a certain report emailed to them. There are lots of things that can be done with Reporting 2.0, where is it like a miniature version of Power BI. The difference is that your data is already in the system and it doesn't have to be imported.

It is helpful to understand the automation that Cornerstone provides because I often coach people on how to use it. They do things manually without realizing the potential for saving themselves work.

My advice for anybody who is implementing this solution is to designate a person or team, and then focus and invest in their development and education with the system. Cornerstone offers lots of free training but they also offer paid training. If the company does not have experience with it then I would suggest designating a team, flying them to Santa Monica or Salt Lake City, and visiting one of the offices in person to attend the training seminars. This needs to be followed up with time to practice those skills. Then, after this, take more training that's on their client success portal. I say this because administrators have to have all of the tools and then need time to practice the skills.

It can be very complicated and it doesn't matter what module you purchase. Whether it is learning, performance, or a full-stack solution for all of your talent management, this is really important information. It is sensitive data and a lot of the time it is audited. This demands that you really give yourself enough time to plan that properly.

The biggest lesson that I have learned with this solution is to always keep abreast of what's happening. Do not ignore their quarterly release notes and do attend the quarterly release webinars. All of the information that any administrator or system owner needs to know is provided. The important part is that you have to be receptive to taking it in, analyzing it, testing things, and being involved. Do not make the assumption that it's an out-of-the-box solution that will always work the same way because they are always improving.

As far as I'm concerned, Cornerstone is the absolute top learning management system on the market. They are client-centric and client-focused. They really take the time to educate people and involve them. The user interface is great and the support team is amazing. Their future is very bright and my only real complaint is about the response time for tickets that are generated, and how they are addressed.

I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.

My advice to others is to be very cautious when customizing your implementation. Usually, the out-of-the-box versions is the most stable.

If your requirements are for launching e-learning or training sessions, then I would not recommend this solution. There are simpler platforms with very good user interfaces that are also cost effective.

However, if you need to track courses, assign job roles, do performance appraisals, perform recruiting functions, and configure your system with your company's ERP system and other active directories, then this solution will be a good fit.

It has been a very useful solution for us, and I would rate it at eight on a scale from one to ten.

I can recommend the product, but you need to find a good consultant to implement it. That's because the first implementation will play a big role in the future of the tool. If you implement it in a good way, you don't need to hire someone to fix all the bugs later on. So, the first deployment has a big impact on the future usage of the tool. You have security rules and other things in Cornerstone, and if you don't know the solution very well, things can get very hard in the future.

I would rate it an eight out of ten.

Learning Management Specialist

My advice to others is they need to define what their existing learning landscape is and go around your organization to inform everyone of the things that are going to be taught and how things are going to be managed. Aspects of the system have to be determined, such as what other learning management systems are there, for example, spreadsheets. It is important to define what's going on at the moment, how much of that is learning, and what is it that is being taught. In the end, you can determine what learning has to go into the new system.

I rate Cornerstone Learning an eight out of ten.

One of the good things with Saba is that they have money and time management in one platform. They have experts around the globe and take input from the users. It is quite easy to use, yet also quite powerful, and because the systems are integrated you don't have to manage two different ones. For example, if you need financial and time management reports then they are all in one place.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

I would advise really thinking about how you're going to set it up and your training in there. Try and make it as uncomplicated as you can. Once you are in there and you've added your own complexities to that system, it is quite difficult to then try and rectify or improve anything. For example, if you create groups, you can't delete those groups.

I'd rate it an eight out of ten. That's because when it works well, it's brilliant.

I would definitely recommend Cornerstone. It's one of the best learning solutions on the market.

I would rate it a nine out of ten. Not a ten because in specific areas there are some products that have similar or better features. It is the best as a whole, but ten would mean it's a perfect solution but there are always things that can be improved.

Do your due diligence before you sign a contract! Be prepared with your current state processes mapped, have your requirements clearly documented, create use cases where appropriate to illustrate the desired functionality, understand the data model dependencies on your HRIS and how that impacts desired functionality. And, be ready to dedicate the time and resources.

Best in class solution with frequent updates/new releases

The quarterly release schedule is good in a way as it provides frequent new features and improvements, but it can be challenging to keep up with all those updates.

My main recommendation would be to make sure to do lots of testing before making anything live to ensure it's configured and works as expected.

Also, functional testing and UAT should be carried out on each new feature released which is implemented. If you required any further recommendations on testing please feel free to get in touch.

It's a cloud application so it's always current.

We have integrated it with SAP HR, and it works well.

Our customers are not all that familiar with the product. They have only just gone into production and started using it. Once they have worked with it some more, they might find that it needs some modifications.

I would recommend this solution.

I would rate this product and eight out of ten.
