Sage People Pricing
From an SME standpoint, I wouldn't necessarily describe it as expensive. However, for the average startup, it may not be affordable since our current annual expenditure on the system, which supports approximately 210-220 users, amounts to approximately £15,000 to £18,000. As such, it may be considered pricey for a startup or small SME.
For SMEs that are growing and expanding beyond the 500-user mark, I believe it would be a suitable investment. The sweet spot for the system would be organizations within the range of 400-500 users, which includes both SMEs and larger organizations.
The product is definitely not cheap. However, it's probably not uber-expensive. It is definitely on the higher end. Companies must understand that the more modules they choose, the more expensive the tool gets. The price range is somewhere between reasonable and a little expensive for the functionality you get from it.
I rate the pricing a seven out of ten. It is worth the money if we utilize the functionality. If all we want is something for employees to be able to book their annual leaves and we just want to keep people's names and addresses, it is very expensive. If we use it as our recruitment system for employees and use it for our performance management and training, then it gives value for money.

I believe we pay licensing on a yearly basis, but I can't comment on the total amount that we pay on licensing.

I think it's reasonably priced. But in comparison to other systems, I would choose them over Sage People, regardless of their prices.
The solution's cost is moderate for a multi-group licensing model. Also, they are willing to negotiate for the same.
