Salesforce Platform Valuable Features

Salesforce's out-of-the-box features are sufficient for most businesses. For instance, if I consider Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, they encompass almost every feature that businesses need for their sales and service processes. If customization is required, Salesforce offers good options, such as using their process automation tool called "Flow" or taking the programming route with Apex programming. They provide a wide range of capabilities under what they call "No code," "Low code," and "Pro code" options. Businesses can use these to tailor their processes on the Salesforce platform.

The flexibility around the deployment is the most valuable aspect of the solution.
The user-friendliness and the interactiveness of Salesforce are great. The tools that came built with it are useful. Between Genesis and Salesforce, there were some schemas that were prebuilt. In terms of the implementation around the popups on the Genesis system and the Interactive Intelligence, they had some pre-built Salesforce schemas which made it very simple.
With AI for Einstein, the bot capabilities, self-service capabilities, were great. We built a global portal that was Einstein, and the bots were key for the self-service capabilities that we were trying to deploy as part of this transformation to digital, and we basically put all of our documents and we digitized just about all the processes. There was a lot of our documentation as well and we put everything online. Einstein helped in the evaluation of these products. It helped navigate for the users, the end-users, which were all internal. We had some external too, as we ended up providing that service for third parties around invoicing and procurement. That said, Einstein helped in the user effectiveness and efficiencies around the interactions.

I don't have a specific preference, but I like that it's practically with better customization. One can do almost everything using Salesforce's OOTB functionality without much investment. Also, there are a lot of codeless solutions. So the development effort is way less than trying to build something without this framework or this platform from scratch.

The Salesforce Platform's most valuable features are everything in one place, perfect reporting, highly customizable, and easy to receive information you need.
Salesforce is very fast in acquiring new companies that are good in certain business processes or modules which they update their solutions.
View full review »What I like about the Salesforce Platform, in particular, its enterprise edition is that apart from its many features, you can have a wider view of the customers, a 360-degree view. I also enjoy managing opportunities in the Salesforce Platform a lot because it's easier and gives you a wider view, compared to HubSpot.
View full review »Nowadays, we have the CPQ, right, the configured price and quoting feature, which actually gives us a lot of leverage when we want to submit a quote to the customer directly. It helps us a lot when the customers actually are on the CRM, so that's a platform-to-platform integration. It makes it a little easier for sales to actually have that conversation with the customer.
The best part is the cloud. Most of the updates do not take time with the cloud. We get a version of it on the fly.
Checking out or extracting a report is just a click away.
I really like the GUI.
The initial setup is easy.
It's user-friendly.
The solution is stable.
The scalability is great.
Salesforce as a platform gives a lot of freedom to have a customized view. Once we have more templates in place, that will be good.
View full review »The valuable features of the solution are mainly the solution's sales modules and CPQ.

I like that everything is on a fairly easy platform, and you can learn the system by yourself. Also, it's very fairly flexible. It's a system that you can use anywhere. So, you can use a mobile phone. You can use it anywhere. So it doesn't tie you to the office.
View full review »The most valuable feature of the solution is its overall ability to manage everything, including the sales pipeline and quick creation of sales reports.
The escalation process and service module are valuable features of the solution. So, creating an escalation process is a valuable feature.
View full review »The most valuable features for me were the comprehensive reports. I like using the reports feature, but also the fact that we are able to have a smooth process when it comes to leads and opportunities. Opportunity management is a good feature.

Salesforce is really the workhorse of CRMs at this point. I compare every CRM experience to Salesforce since it's really just the standard at this point.
I love the report building that is available.
The integration capabilities are great. Salesforce is great, however, it couldn't be what it is if it didn't integrate with every other cool tool that's out there. I'd say the integrations are probably my favorite part.
It's stable and reliable.
The solution can scale.
View full review »The solution is easy to use. The platform is very integrated with a lot of features. You can call customers directly from the platform.
