What is most valuable?: UI Easy to build Standard features Ability to customize • How has it helped my organization?: Collaboration using Chatter Reporting using Wave Analytics Call center Case Feed Console • What needs improvement?: Avoid customizations as much as possible. • For how long have I used the solution?: I've used it for over four years. • What was my experience with deployment of the solution?: No, it's very easy especially if Standard functionality is used. • How is customer service and technical support?: They're very good. • How was the initial setup?: Initial set up was done using Standard features and hence it was very simple. • What about the implementation team?: We did it in-house.
