Sangfor NGAF is very stable and comes with a hardware warranty where they will replace the defective hardware within five working days. So if something goes wrong, you don't have to fix it, but instead you can just get it replaced.

The stability of Sangfor NGAF is good, and I would rate it a seven out of ten. In fact, compared to its competitors, Sangfor is much better so far.

The tool is very stable. We have not faced any issues in the past four years. We never had to reboot or restart it. It never got stuck. We did not see a single fault in four years. I rate the stability a ten out of ten.

The solution is relatively stable. Interestingly, we discontinued the updates and software licenses about a year ago, and the appliance and solutions are still working. In addition, there is no limitation on the license, so services won't stop if it expires. You can also update the license at any time for a partial cost.

Sangfor NGAF is stable.

We have been experiencing power failures but the solution has been very stable, both from the hardware and the software perspective. We have built a lot of VPN solutions for the firewalls including Cisco, Firewall 2, and pfSense, and it has been very good with that. 

We have deployed many firewalls and have faced two or three faulty devices that we have to replace over a year because their power supply was faulty. Some customers use the device for over five years and they have worked fine but got slower with the time.

We face occasional stability issues. I would rate it seven out of ten.

It seems to be a durable, stable product. My impression about Chinese products was different before I started using this solution. I'm very impressed with their improvement and the hardware seems to be very stable.

NGAF is a very stable product. We never experience any complaint from customers that it is down due to the power supply or other hardware components. Normally, we don't get many complaints about Sangfor appliances or products.

I rate Sangfor 10 out of 10 for stability. We haven't had any problems so far. 

In terms of stability, there have been occasional issues, such as glitches and disruptions, leading to periods of downtime. Improvement in this area is necessary. I would rate it five out of ten.
