It is scalable. There are no problems. When we work on the import mode, all is good.

I'd rate the scalability eight out of ten.

There are around 40 people using the solution, between business intelligence and EPM.

The more you train people and give them good information, the more they want to put their trust in new solutions. People are used to getting an excel file for review.  It takes time and publicity to help train people about additional options that are available.

It's quite scalable. SAP provides the ability to connect even when there isn't native connectivity, demonstrating their focus on scalability.

If your data volume increases in the future, scaling up is easy and doesn't require excessive effort.

The only issue with scalability is the speed of the Live Data Model. We thought we would not need the Business Warehouse tool and we could directly extract data as per HANA, but that has not been the case.

Otherwise, we haven’t tried scalability much, we only have two or three dashboards.

In terms of scalability, SAP Analytics Cloud seems well-aligned with the concept of being an SAP product. It is designed to work seamlessly with SAP ERP, making it scalable when used in conjunction with SAP ERP, especially for large-scale operations. While there might be challenges when connecting to external sources, the current structure allows connectivity to various sources such as Excel sheets and Cloud-based databases like Xarel. Although there may be limitations in the current setup, there's potential for future scalability to include a broader range of databases for connections to SAP Analytics Cloud.

We have 15 to 16 people using the solution in our company currently.

The solution is easily scalable. however, that does mean it will get more expensive.

There are dimension restrictions. The scope is limited to only five to six accounts. That is one challenge. So we cannot have more scopes.

The scalability is very good. I am not using it to its current potential, however, this is one of the benefits of the program, as is it can be scaled out for the whole organization, due to the ability for it to connect directly to the cloud data and right to the SAP.

Different business units are using the solution, including HR, long-term care, and transportation. I'm not sure how many users are leveraging it, however. We are a city-wide organization and different government areas use it.

It is not widely used right now, as we are still in the demo stage. That said, I can say that the organization is planning on committing to it.

We used to go in a cognitive window wherein we don't have any caches in place, so that we could get an accurate picture of the performance. But we also want to reduce the number of filters, and then we want to do more slicing and dicing across the data and try to see how it improves. In the near future, we would try to test the data more.

It performs quite well. Custom visuals would definitely help us to improve a little more.

There are more viewer licenses. We have got close to 130 users for Analytics Cloud. And for developer access, for read and write, at our location we have around six plus two for planning, altogether 11 to 12 licenses.

We have BW HANA. So we have only four developers as of now. We used it more extensively before the pandemic but not as much now. We do have plans to increase usage in the near future.

The scalability of SAP Analytics Cloud is eight out of ten.

My company hasn't had the opportunity to work with enormous data because clients only had a few hundred GBs of data, so not a very big database to work with, but then, with SAP HANA coming in, it's becoming easier to deal with the data. It's much more efficient to handle larger data sets versus connecting with SAP ECC. Connecting to SAP HANA makes the process more efficient and the data transfer much more effortless.

In terms of SAP ERP products' scalability, I am a contractor, I don't work for a particular organization, so it depends on where you are implementing. It varies from 5,000 to 20,000 or even 100,000 people using the product.

In terms of numbers of users using SAP Analytics Cloud, it's not financial planning so it is relatively smaller, it may be around 500 users.

With respect to scalability, we have only uploaded about half a million records as a pilot for the customer. At this point, we are not pushing more because we don't have the data. We do have plans to build in that regard, but for now, we cannot fully judge scalability.

We are developing solutions for enterprise-level companies.

It is scalable. Agility and scalability are the benefits of the cloud solution. If I want to put 500 users tomorrow, I just simply add them. I don't have to worry about performance, service, memory, and all the other things.

We have between 50 to 100 users who are accessing SAP to see their reports. They need to see financial information. They might be viewing these reports on a weekly basis or a monthly basis.

The scalability is pretty good, you've got options of either having it publicly hosted, or you can also have a private hosting option in a restricted area in the cloud data center. You can also add capacity to it quite easily. It's elasticity as an application for scale-out is pretty good. And underneath the covers, it runs SAP HANA, which is an in-memory database. So that makes a pretty performance. I'm happy with it.

I'm not sure if the solution is scalable as I haven't tried to expand it. According to the data I have of the sources of data that I am collecting, it's fulfilling my requirements right now.

Currently, whatever data I have, it seems able to handle it quite easily. It becomes a bit slow at times, however.

I think that this solution will scale.

Currently, we have a couple of thousand people who are using this solution. We are just in the prototype and testing phase and deciding how we will introduce this into the company. After our testing, we will decide how it will be inserted into our daily productivity and improve the company's profitability.

The people using SAP Analytics Cloud are in a variety of roles. Most of them are middle-level developers and managers. Perhaps fifteen people from senior management us it.
