In my company, there are around 30 users of the solution.

My company caters to around 170 clients, mostly small and medium enterprises, scattered all over the Philippines, with each client having 50 users.

The scalability of this solution is limited; it is not easy to extend. Therefore, I would rate the scalability of SAP Business One around seven out of ten. We have almost 300 users in our organization using this solution.

Moreover, we are already planning to increase it.

It is a scalable solution. Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

If you need additional resources then all you have to do is adjust it, unlike an on-premises solution where you have to replace hardware and experience downtime. Having it on the cloud essentially gives you the power to scale it up, any time you want it.

We have about 60 users in our company and we are managing about 100 clients. SAP supports organizations of all sizes but it mainly targets medium-sized and enterprise-level companies.

We haven't started scaling this solution yet. We are hoping to start projects with it next year, because our next step is to connect SAP with our CRM and other tools. We already got information for business analytics with BI, which was very useful, and our next step is to integrate it with the other systems that we have.

We currently have eight users and the only challenge I currently see is the performance. We only have a license for eight users, but we plan on increasing our usage if we are satisfied with it and if it meets our needs. So I believe the solution is scalable. 

This is a scalable solution. I have different clients of various sizes who are using it.

The scalability of the solution is around 90%. We have about 15 users. We may scale in the future, but we haven't made plans to do so.

Business One is scalable. About 25 people in the company are currently using it.
