Considering upgrade and migration issues, I would rate the scalability of Business Warehouse a seven out of ten.

Business Warehouse product is not suggested for small-scale enterprises. It is suggested for big organizations like those that are Fortune 500 companies or have mass data in their servers for that kind of company.

For small-scale enterprises, it is too costly. Small-scale companies cannot bear it. They cannot pay the price for this. For companies that have a turnover of more than 100 crores or then more than that for them, it is advisable to purchase Business Warehouse. I would not recommend it to small-scale companies.

The tool is scalable. We had around 50 users.

I would rate the scalability of SAP Business Warehouse as a ten out of ten.

The solution is scalable. I'd rate the scalability seven or eight out of ten. It will get more scalable as it moves toward the cloud. We have about 100 to 200 users right now.

More than 200 people are using the solution in my company.

SAP Business Warehouse is a very scalable product. Scalability is one of its USPs; it can hold vast amounts of data.

SAP Business Warehouse is easy to scale. My company has several licenses, so the product is scalable.

We have three customers and 1000 end users for SAP Business Warehouse. I rate its scalability an eight or nine.

We have had some issues with scalability but it's related to the fact that we didn't upgrade the solution. If you update the solution every time SAP suggests it, you have the possibility to introduce all the new features. We didn't do that and we have some issues with the connection. 

We have lots of users using the BW-based reports. That's around 500 people. However, we don't have many actual users on the solution itself. 

The solution isn't that scalable. It depends on a lot of factors like what the budget of the company is. If it's scalable in terms of hardware, then we'll have to acquire new hardware and new costs start to pile up. We are not scaling it. If we go overboard with the size, then we just try to reduce the size. We haven't ever tried to scale it. We don't want to spend more to do so.

Scalability is good for us. We don't have scalability problems because, with the line of servers that we are using now, we can scale in a factor of 100 and still have no problems with it.

This is a tough question because, especially with HANA, you have to buy physical memory modules. It's not like you just put in one additional hard drive and then everything is fine. I'm not happy with the scalability.

SAP Business Warehouse is a scalable solution.

We have approximately 10 to 12 people using the solution in the community and once the campaign report is generated the entire business start to use the solution. We have approximately 200 people in the whole business.

Currently, the scalability isn't possible right now right now with its current architecture. That's why it's important that SAP has come up with its HANA solution and SAP Analytics on Cloud, where it's much easier to scale as necessary.

We're a company of 600 people and about 50% of the company uses the solution. The solution is used daily for reporting for the organization.

We are running an older version. It is doing what we need it to do but there is some limitation due to its version.

SAP Business Warehouse is scalable, but you need to understand the product well.  It requires some expertise.
