Stability is quite high. I would give it an eight out of ten. Sometimes the connection depends on the infrastructure and other things that are not exactly SAP's responsibility if we talk about on-premise solutions. Possible issues with stability could be partially resolved when moving to the cloud based solutions.

Stability-wise, the tool is quite stable. It works in uncertain environments and functions well on office Wi-Fi and other Wi-Fi networks. I can generate reports, download them, and save them in a self-formatted manner. This is quite helpful as it's compatible with Microsoft tools like Microsoft Teams and OneDrive, making it easy to share the reports.

The solution is not 100% stable. Working in a 24/7 environment, I face disasters day and night. Every work process operates in the backend. If a process goes down, once we identify the exact issue, we have a disaster center with all the data we copied on our servers. We can recover all the files and data from there. So the solution needs improvement.

The standard options of the tool don't work well, and for each and everything, there are new options. When SAP adds new options, the integration of the other modules is not taken care of, and then the fix-around needs a lot of time.

The solution is stable but there can be product bugs or performance issues. A couple of our customers have high volumes and a lot of interfaces. They are facing challenges in terms of stability when scaling. Several of our customers with retail businesses are currently in this position. We raised requests with SAP but the response was very poor and customers were totally fed up. SAP eventually provided a workaround temporary solution. The system is running but it's not up to the mark.

I have only been using this product for one month, but in one month I saw some bugs. So there are areas where it needs improvement still and can continue to be better. SAP is better than other ERPs and mostly with fewer bugs, I guess. In some cases, it is better than other solutions as far as stability. I am not a software engineer and this is only from what I experience. A software engineer can tell more details about scalability.

When working with the program, it sometimes just slows down. Even in large companies that have a lot of resources, lag happens sometimes. If it takes two to five minutes to load the data, we get used to it. We can not do anything else but wait.
